ikaSystems Once Again Recognized For Excellence at
HealthITinsight Event
Southborough, Massachusetts. ikaSystems, a leading provider
of web-based ERP systems for the managed care industry, proudly
announces receipt of the first time award for Best Payer Case Study
at the HealthITinsight event in Savannah, Georgia. This event
attracts top level healthcare executives for three days of analyst
presentations and vendor case studies. ikaSystems’ clients presented
three case studies over a period of two days to senior healthcare
executives who vote for the awards. This is the second industry
recognition for ikaSystems’, they were awarded “Solution With the
Best Market Potential” in a similar venue at Gartner’s Healthcare IT
Summit in November 2007.
The presenters at the HealthITinsight covered the following solution
topics: “Streamlining the Medicare Sales Process” presented by UPMC
Health Plan and “Sales and Underwriting Automation Provides Benefits
Across the Enterprise” presented by Presbyterian Health Plan.
Attendees commented on how helpful it was to hear from and to speak
directly with clients. Client presenters were able to articulate the
positive outcomes their organizations had realized, including
discussions of actual savings, the ability to grow business without
adding staff and improved sales activity.
