ikaSystems hires Cynthia Burghard, former Gartner analyst, as Vice President of Marketing Intelligence.

ikaSystems announced today that Cynthia Burghard joined the organization as Vice President of Marketing Intelligence. Ms. Burghard has over 30 years experience in healthcare including leading enterprise data warehousing initiatives for private payers and building analytic applications for Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations. During the past 14 years she has become a recognized expert in the health insurance industry through her role as a Research Director for Gartner, Inc. , the leading IT research and advisory services firm. Her research includes over 100 publications on topics such as care management and consumer engagement technologies, the use of magnetic card technologies, underwriting automation.
